Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days after they are placed.

The available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery time depends on the option you choose and on the carrier.

Order updates

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking information when it is available.

Delays and missing packages

Carrier delays are sometimes outside our control. If your order has not arrived, or its tracking has not updated in several days, please reach out through our contact page and we will help.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to correct it before the order ships.
