Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. You may return any item within 30 days of the day it was delivered, including items that have been opened or used.

How to start a return

Please contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or wrong, so that we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
